1. Introduction

DeepStack Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use FuelUp (“the App”).

Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your email address and authentication details, managed via our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Profile Information: Age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and fitness/nutrition goals, collected during onboarding to calculate your personalized calorie and macro targets.
• Logged Data: Meals and foods you log, workouts and individual sets you complete, body metrics (weight and body measurements), and progress photos you choose to add.
• AI Input Content: Food photos, voice recordings, and free-text descriptions you submit for AI-assisted meal logging, and prompts you send to the AI workout assistant.
• Health Data (optional): If you grant Apple HealthKit access, we read your heart rate and active calories during a live workout to show real-time stats, and — only if you separately enable workout sync — write completed FuelUp workouts back to Health.
• Subscription Status: Whether you have an active FuelUp Pro subscription, confirmed to us by Apple. We never receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Calculate your nutrition and fitness targets and track your progress toward them.
• Power the App's AI features — food identification from photos/voice/text, meal suggestions, AI-generated workout plans, the workout assistant, and weekly AI-written insights.
• Show live heart rate and calorie data during a workout, if you've granted Health access.
• Unlock FuelUp Pro features once Apple confirms an active subscription.
• Respond to support requests sent to us directly.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the App.

We do not use your data for advertising, and FuelUp does not contain third-party ad or tracking SDKs.

4. Third-Party Services

FuelUp relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — provides authentication and database hosting for your account and logged data, subject to their own privacy and security practices.
• Microsoft Azure OpenAI— processes food photos, voice transcriptions, free-text meal descriptions, and workout-assistant prompts to power the App's AI features. This content is sent for analysis only and is not used to train any AI model.
• Apple— HealthKit (for the optional heart rate and calorie features described above) and the App Store's in-app purchase system (for FuelUp Pro billing). Apple processes your payment details directly; we never see them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we delete your data as described on our Delete Account page.

6. Your Rights

You can edit or delete individual food logs, workouts, body metrics, and progress photos at any time from within the App. You may request access to, correction of, or full deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@deepstacklabs.co. 7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including row-level access policies that scope every database record to your account. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

FuelUp is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
