How to Request Deletion

To delete your FuelUp account and associated data, send an email to support@deepstacklabs.co from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my FuelUp account.”

What Gets Deleted

Once we verify your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account and email address
• Your profile — age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and goals
• Logged meals, foods, and food photos
• Logged workouts, sets, and personal records
• Body metric logs and progress photos
• Weekly insights, monthly recaps, achievements, and consistency score history

If you have an active FuelUp Pro subscription, deleting your FuelUp account does not cancel it — subscriptions are billed by Apple and must be canceled separately in your Apple ID account settings.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Some minimal records (such as an anonymized log of the deletion request itself) may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
