1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service provided by DeepStack Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including ThreadsEngine, LifeXP, Growtivist, and deepstacklabs.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or related systems.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platforms without prior written consent.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@deepstacklabs.co if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of our products are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of DeepStack Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal or business purposes as permitted by these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User Content

By submitting content to our services (e.g., posts, data, feedback), you grant DeepStack Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our products. You retain ownership of your content.

You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepStack Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
