1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using LifeXP (“the App”), a product of DeepStack Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. The App

LifeXP is a gamified productivity app. It lets you complete quests, earn XP, level up, build daily streaks, run focus sessions, and connect with friends. LifeXP is currently free to use, with no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

3. Accounts

To use LifeXP you create an account with a username and email address. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@deepstacklabs.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. XP, Levels & Petty Points

XP, levels, streaks, and Petty Points are virtual, in-app progression mechanics with no cash value. They cannot be purchased, redeemed for money, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for any real-world value. Petty Points may be spent only on cosmetic items (such as avatar frames) within the App.

We may adjust XP formulas, streak rules, the item catalog, or any other progression mechanic at any time. Your XP, level, streak, and Petty Points balance may be reset or adjusted if we determine they were obtained through a bug, exploit, or violation of these Terms.

5. Social Features

LifeXP includes friends, a public leaderboard, and quest challenges. When you use these features, your username, level, XP, streak, and equipped cosmetics may be visible to other users — including anyone on the leaderboard, not just your friends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bugs, exploits, or automation to manipulate XP, streaks, Petty Points, or leaderboard rank.
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users through friends, challenges, or shared content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or our systems.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LifeXP — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of DeepStack Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

LifeXP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepStack Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LifeXP, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LifeXP at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
